On behalf of the XVIII Airborne Corps & Fort Liberty, Commanding General, Lieutenant General Christopher T. Donahue, and the Director of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command-Readiness, Mr. Patrick J. Appelman, request the pleasure of your company at a Change of Command Ceremony for U.S. Army Garrison-Fort Liberty, at which time Colonel John M. Wilcox will relinquish command to Colonel K. Chad Mixon. On Thursday, 27 June 2024 at 09:00 a.m. at the Eternal Flame, Main Post Parade Field, Fort Liberty, NC.
