The Greater Fayetteville Chamber Military Affairs Council will walk in the Sunset Liberty March on Nov. 11.
The purpose of the Sunset Liberty March is to solemnly and visibly honor veterans past, present and future. To recognize the principle of Liberty that all veterans strive towards and unite them in a cause. To memorialize the history and sacrifice of those who served and continue to serve. To remind us that we walk together towards a common goal that is arrived at through hard work and sacrifice.
The Sunset Liberty March is a .6-mile march happening 365 days a year at sunset. The march starts at Honeycutt and Liberty Trail (Old Bragg Blvd) and ends near where Randolph & Butner intersect. The “Liberty Marcher” will render honors in front of the monument (to be constructed).
Please ensure you have a pass to access Fort Bragg before the event.
